Kind Consultancy is working with a Commercial Finance organisation which is currently seeking a Relationship Manager to join them in a full time, permanent role with a starting salary of £35,000 (OTE £55,000) and a hybrid work model requiring 3 in-office days per week in their Leeds offices.

For this opportunity we're looking for candidates with a Financial Services background and previous Brokerage experience - either as a Broker or as a Relationship Manager. Our ideal candidate also:

• Has Underwriting / Credit experience
• Has wide and detailed Financial Services product knowledge, to include Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Trade Finance, General Commercial Loans and Property Finance.
• Has the confidence, credibility and communication skills for face-to-face discussions with clients
• Has experience of talking to lenders
• Demonstrates an appreciation of fair client outcomes
• Is risk aware and has good knowledge of the FCA regulatory framework and related responsibilities
• Is IT literate and a confident user of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel
• Having previously worked in a role that involved self-generating business would be desirable
