Kind Consultancy is working with a successful Challenger Bank which is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join them in a full-time, permanent role based in their Birmingham office.
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will provide high-quality, pro-active support to members of the Executive Team, with key responsibilities including:
- Managing multiple diaries with accuracy and judgement, balancing competing priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Ensuring executives are are fully prepared for meetings, with agendas, papers and briefing materials provided in advance where required.
- Monitoring and responding to routine correspondence and enquiries on behalf of Executives, exercising discretion and good judgement.
- Supporting the coordination of Executive Team meetings, workshops and away days, including logistics, materials and follow up actions.
- Tracking actions arising from meetings and supporting timely follow up, ensuring matters progress as expected.
- Maintaining orderly records, filing systems and documentation related to Executive activity.
- Acting as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders engaging with the Executive Team.
- Building effective working relationships across the organisation to support collaboration and smooth day to day operations.
- Liaising confidently with senior leaders, managers and external partners, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of Executive led events, such as leadership sessions, briefings, conferences and off sites.
- Coordinating travel itineraries and logistical arrangements, including accommodation, meeting venues and virtual meeting setup.
- Supporting budget monitoring, cost control and procurement activity for the Executive Team, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices where required.
- Processing expenses accurately and in line with organisational policies.
- Acting with confidentiality, integrity and professionalism at all times.
