Kind Consultancy is working with a well-established alternative Financial Services business which is currently seeking a Credit Risk Specialist for a remote, contract opportunity running to November 2026.

The Credit Risk Specialist contract will focus on:

• Contributing to enhancing the Lending framework including Risk Appetite and Credit Risk Appetite statements
• Producing Credit Risk MI that captures trends with the potential to become emerging risks for Credit Risk Monitoring
• Utilising data to inform customer risk assessment, emerging risk detection and the risk grade model

For the Credit Risk Specialist opportunity, we're looking for candidates who:

• Have experience of enhancing lending frameworks
• Have substantial experience of working with scorecards and risk grading
• Have previously contributed to defining a firm's Credit Risk Appetite
• Have excellent Data Analysis skills
