Kind Consultancy is working with the Financial Ombudsman Service which is currently recruiting Insurance Complaints Handlers for a 12 month, remote contract. The contract has an initial daily rate of £210 via umbrella, rising to £260 once an accreditation period is completed, with the start date set for October 27th 2025.
The Insurance Complaints Handler contract will focus on investigating both sides of disputes between customers and Insurance firms in order to make a fair decision on the outcome.
We're looking for candidates who:
- Have 5 or more years of experience handling escalated complaints relating to insurance.
- Have access to their own computer equipment
- Are confident in writing bespoke final response letters
We are unfortunately not able to consider anyone who has applied for a role with the Financial Ombudsman Service in the last 6 months.
