Kind Consultancy is working with a Mortgage network which is currently seeking a Network Support Manager to join them in a full-time, permanent role paying £35,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience, with a hybrid work model requiring regular travel to their office in the Leeds area and occasional travel across the UK.

The Network Support Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will focus on supporting and developing the firm's large, national network of Appointed Representatives, with key responsibilities involving a mixture of Relationship Management, Business Development and training. There will be a particular concentration on ARs who are new to the network during their onboarding and early growth phases, and the Network Support Manager will collaborate closely with the Operations, Finance and Business Development teams.

• Demonstrates strong knowledge of broker market dynamics and the AR network model
