Kind Consultancy is working with a Housing Association which is currently seeking Complaint Handlers to join their Manchester office on a contract basis.

The Complaints Handler will be managing regulated Complaints with key responsibilities including:

  • End-to-end handling of Stage 1 and Stage 2 maintenance and repairs complaints.
  • Liaising with staff across multiple areas of the business to ensure complaints are resolved.
  • Searching and analysing records, files and databases to fully understand all aspects of each complaint.
  • Conducting customer interactions in professional, friendly and empathetic manner.
  • Recording all complaints and associated contact on the relevant systems

Our ideal candidate for the Complaints Handler opportunity:

  • Has previous experience of handling regulated complaints end-to-end - ideally within Housing Associations
  • Is an excellent communicator in both writing and speech, with the ability to make customers feel heard and understood
  • Has experience of work with vulnerable customers and an understanding of the extra support they may need
  • Has good knowledge of the relevant regulatory environment
  • Is analytically minded with a problem-solving approach to work
