Kind Consultancy is working with a well established retail Financial Services firm which is currently seeking an Operational Resilience Specialist to join them in a full-time, permanent role paying up to £45,000 with a hybrid work model based in their Newcastle Upon Tyne office.

The Operational Resilience Specialist will strengthen the organisation's overall operational resilience, with key responsibilities including:

• Helping to evolve and embed a strong Operational Resilience framework
• Providing effective oversight
• Monitoring first-line activity
• Identifying vulnerabilities
• Conducting Important Business Service mapping
• Carrying out Resilience Assessments
• Facilitating severe but plausible scenario testing
• Supporting incident management

For the Operational Resilience Specialist we're looking for candidates who:

• Have significant experience of Operational Resilience work within Financial Services
• Have strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify insights
• Can pro-actively manage their own workload, balancing competing priorities
• Are analytically minded with a problem-solving approach to their work
• Being able to interpret technical IT terminology would be desirable
