Kind Consultancy is working with a Financial Services business based in the Midlands which is currently seeking a Consumer Duty Lead to join them in a contract running until July 2024, outside IR35 and requiring 2 on-site days per week.

The organisation is looking for an experienced Consumer Duty SME (Subject Matter Expert) to take the lead on embedding new processes in the organisation to become BAU. For the Consumer Duty Lead contract we're looking for candidates with past experience of:

• Testing outcomes
• Embedding Fair Value assessments
• Looking at the quality of MI
• Carrying out assessments and providing actions
• Going through the Consumer Duty journey, having supported and advised other businesses on the embedding phase
