Kind Consultancy is working with a Financial Services organisation which is currently seeking a Relationship Manager to join them in a full-time, permanent role based in their Leeds office with a hybrid work model requiring 3 in-office days per week, paying up to an OTE of circa £60,000

The Relationship Manager will act as a point of contact for the appointed representative network, dealing with enquiries and packaging and structuring asset finance opportunities to present to the lender panel, with key responsibilities including:

• Structuring and executing lending transactions for Commercial Finance
• Answering general enquiries from the appointed representative network
• Communicating frequently with the lender panel to develop and cultivate relationships
• Refining and enhancing product knowledge through regular internal meetings
• Managing own pipeline of enquiry and lending cases
• Attending internal operational forums
• Supporting the business through upskilling of the introducers on deal structuring
• Sourcing direct deals to be worked in-house

For the Relationship Manager opportunity, we're looking for a candidate with:

• 2 or more years of Asset Finance experience within a Brokerage or Banking environment
• Credit Analysis skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience of managing a client base or placing asset finance business
• Experience of using a CRM system to manage a deal pipeline
• Strong organisational skills
• Working knowledge of the current unsecured loan market (for limited companies)
• Having an existing network of 3rd party introducers / suppliers and demonstrable experience of utilising a network to create and manage a commercial finance deal pipeline would be highly desirable
