Compliance Review Officer

Kind Consultancy is working with a large Mortgage network which is currently seeking a Compliance Review Officer to join them in a full-time 12-month fixed term contract, paying up to £28,000, based in their Leicestershire offices. The role will have a hybrid working model after a fully in-office training period.

The Compliance Review Officer will be part of their head-office Compliance team, with key responsibilities including:

  • Assessing client files to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.
  • Ensuring that Appointed Representatives are always Treating Customers Fairly and delivering good customer outcomes, in line with FCA guidelines
  • Providing compliance guidance and support to colleagues and Appointed Representatives.
  • Instructing and coaching network members in order to improve risk assessment ratings.
  • Accurately recording all findings and corrective activity.

Our ideal candidate for the Compliance Review Officer opportunity:

  • Is CeMAP qualified, or willing to work towards it
  • Has past experience of work within a regulated Financial Services environment, preferably with Mortgages exposure
  • Is IT literate and a confident user of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Is an excellent communicator in writing and speech, with a professional telephone manner
  • Is self-motivated and analytically minded
  • Having good knowledge of the current Mortgage marketplace would be desirable

Insurance Complaints Handler

Kind Consultancy is working with the Financial Ombudsman Service which is currently recruiting Insurance Complaints Handlers for a 12 month, remote contract. The contract has an initial daily rate of £210 via umbrella, rising to £260 once an accreditation period is completed, with the start date set for October 27th 2025.

The Insurance Complaints Handler contract will focus on investigating both sides of disputes between customers and Insurance firms in order to make a fair decision on the outcome.

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Have 5 or more years of experience handling escalated complaints relating to insurance.
  • Have access to their own computer equipment
  • Are confident in writing bespoke final response letters

We are unfortunately not able to consider anyone who has applied for a role with the Financial Ombudsman Service in the last 6 months.

Kind Consultancy is working with the Financial Ombudsman Service which is currently recruiting Motor Finance Complaints Handlers for a 12 month, remote contract. The contract has an initial daily rate of £210 via umbrella, rising to £260 once an accreditation period is completed, with the start date set for October 2025.

The Motor Finance Complaints Handler contract will focus on investigating both sides of disputes between customers and Motor Finance firms in order to make a fair decision on the outcome.

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Have 5 or more years of experience handling escalated complaints relating to motor finance, consumer credit, irresponsible lending, credit cards, car finance commission, credit broking and debt collection, guarantor loans, payday loans, home credit or unaffordable lending.
  • Have access to their own computer equipment
  • Are confident in writing bespoke final response letters

We are unfortunately not able to consider anyone who has applied for a role with the Financial Ombudsman Service in the last 6 months, and due to Conflict of Interest rules we also cannot accept applicants who have worked for a motor finance provider or broker in the UK within the last 6 months.
