A telecommunications client came to Kind Consultancy with a need to recruit a Senior Programme Manager. The client had initially attempted to fill the role both on their own and utilising and external agency but had struggled to find good candidates.
Kind Consultancy’s Change & Transformation Specialist was brought in after a series of failed interviews to scope what was lacking from the previously shortlisted Senior Programme Manager candidates.
Kind then conducted a fresh head-hunting search, selecting the very best Senior Programme Managers from our existing network, making confidential approaches to best-in-field passive candidates, building a new shortlist of 5 Senior Programme Managers from a range of industries.
All 5 were interviewed by the client, with 3 taken forward to a face-to-face second stage. 2 of these then progressed to a final interview with senior management, with one being offered and accepting the position.
